Charminar

The first place in Hyderabad that I wish to visit is Charminar. Just like the Taj Mahal in Agra, Eiffel Tower in Paris is famous, and there is pride, similarly, Charminar is the pride of Hyderabad. It is situated in the heart of the city, meanwhile.

This monument was built by Mohammad Quli Qutb in 1591. The architecture of Charminar reflects the Sajia style. The reason behind the construction of the memorial was a deadly epidemic. Which took many lives during that period. This memorial was closed to keep people alert. The four towers here are 48.7 meters long.

There is also a mosque and 45 prayer spaces inside the Charminar. It is a very crowded area due to being situated in the middle of the city. There is also a market around it, where things can be bought cheaply.

The sound effects are very good in the fort if you stand in the Fateh Darwaza and clap. Then the sound will be heard in Bala Hisar about 1 km away. That royal palace and the beautiful wall are its main attractions. It is one of the strong forts of India.

Falaknuma Palace

This beautiful palace is situated at a height. So it was called Falaknuma, which means mirror of the sky. The palace was built by an Italian architect for the fifth tier Amir. Which was later won by the Nizam.

The Nizam was very fond of art, he ordered various sculptures, paintings, furniture from every corner of the world in this palace. Here in the evening, there is a sound and light show.
